90 day Fiancé Ben Rathbun ARRESTED! It has reported by TMZ that Ben Rathbun from 90 day fiancé before the 90 days is in custody. He is apparently spending some time behind bars. He been arrested for drunk driving in Michigan. Yikes! According to online records. Ben was booked early Tuesday morning for a OUI. OUI (operating while under the influence of alcohol). Also, driving with a suspended license.
Apparently Ben’s OUI and suspended license arrest was back in 2020, and he was sentenced in January 2021 to 18 months probation.
Tmz was told that Ben was scheduled for a probation violation hearing on Feb 7, 2022 but he did not appear and the judge issued a bench warrant. So the March 15, 2022 booking was linked to that old arrest back in 2020!
Yes, 90 day Fiancé Ben Rathbun has been ARRESTED and is currently in custody right but records indicate his bond has been set to $10,000! It is unclear if Mahogany was with Ben, or even in the country at the time of his arrest, but reports as recent as last month say the two are still dating. They were both seen at a mall together by a 90 day fiance fan!
I’m just literally sitting here thinking about what Mahogany’s parents are thinking about this! They were very uneasy that their 22 year old daughter was dating a 52 year old man. Now this. It’s too much!
